Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility and Safety Protocol

Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research peptides and cold-chain compliance requirements, unsealed or opened chemical products cannot be returned or re-sold.

We accept returns solely for unopened, unused, and undamaged items in their original protective packaging within 14 days of delivery.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take extreme care in packaging all analytical compounds securely. However, if your shipment arrives damaged, broken, or containing an incorrect item:

1. Contact our team within 48 hours of receipt at info@proformapeptides-uk.co.uk.
2. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged transit packaging and product vial/container.
3. Upon verification, we will issue a immediate replacement or full refund.

3. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our UK facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.
